      • Mandatory SMS/WhatsApp Verification: Mobile number and/or WhatsApp number to authenticate users and enable platform communication.
      • Optional Identity Verification: Aadhaar number (with explicit consent) or alternative government-issued IDs (e.g., PAN, voter ID, passport) for teachers, parents, or school representatives to enhance trust.
      • Mandatory Institution Verification: Schools must provide valid documents (e.g., registration certificate, affiliation letters) to confirm legitimacy, protecting job-seeking teachers.
    • Communication Data: Messages or inquiries sent through the platform.
  • Automatically Collected Information:
    • Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and time spent on the platform.

Verification and Consent

  • CV Sharing Consent: Teachers must provide explicit consent before their CVs are shared with parents or schools. Consent can be managed via account settings, and teachers can specify which CV details are shared.
  • Consent: We obtain explicit consent before collecting or sharing verification data, CVs, or personal information for non-essential purposes (e.g., marketing). You may withdraw consent via account settings or by contacting us, though this may limit certain features.
  • Sensitive Data: For student-related data, schools and parents must provide verifiable consent before processing.

Data Security

Hayat International IT Services Private Limited implements industry-standard safeguards, including encryption, secure authentication, and regular audits, to protect data, including CVs, verification details, and Aadhaar data (if provided, per UIDAI guidelines), stored on servers in India. However, no platform is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against breaches.
